This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to information you give us through this website.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no logins, and no comment sections. The only way it collects anything about you is when you choose to fill in a form and send it.
When you send a form, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, and anything else you chose to fill in. That message is emailed to us. It is not stored in a database on this site.
What we never ask
We never ask about anyone's immigration status, and there is no field anywhere on this site for it. We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not keep records of who attends conversation practice.
What we do with what you send
We read it and we reply to it. That is all.
We do not sell it. We do not share it with other organizations. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a form — if we ever add a newsletter, you would have to ask for it separately.
If you tell us you want to volunteer or take part in conversation practice, we keep your message so we can arrange that with you. If you ask us to delete it, we will, and you don't have to give a reason.
Young people
If you are under 18 and you contact us about volunteering, we will ask for a parent or guardian's permission before you start. We do not publish a photograph, a name, or any writing by someone under 18 without written permission from a parent or guardian.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run advertising trackers.
Where this site is hosted
This is a static website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and which pages were requested. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
Changes to this page
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
